What does this mean?
My neighbour is an Officer in the RAF and I sometimes go out to meet him from his car when he comes home from leave.
Sometimes he is wearing camo overalls and a blue beret. Other times it is a blue work shirt with darker trousers and what looks like a 'regimental' belt. Other times he wears an RAF blue 'business suit' with a tie and peaked blue cap, and once he was wearing a very shiny, formal dark blue unform. What is the difference with all of these? Thanks!
I was just wondering what all the different uniforms meant, that's all!
It means the miltary has different uniforms from work to field to office and formal and you've seen him on days he was doing those different things.
